The only reason that I gave 4 stars is because I have only been there 3 days, but so far my stay has been pleasant. I chose this location because it was close to work as well as other ameneties. The room is clean, staff had been nece, so far so good.

Easy check in process with the lady at the front desk, love the room, Would definitely recommend people to try this location out.

I’ve stayed at many InTown suites from Fort Lauderdale to Atlanta and this location is actually very good. The staff were nice, the cleaning crew is nice, the place is clean, and conveniently located to many Atlanta restaurants, stores, landmarks, and anything else you need!

Angela, Floating GM is a gem. She worked at the sandy springs location this weekend and I was blown away by her naturally outstanding customer service skills. She understands her customers and their needs. She's Knowledgeable, patient, helpful and diligent. She went above and beyond to help me and I'm so grateful. Intown suites is lucky to have her apart of the team and I'm sure each location she frequents can agree!

My stay has been fine. I have not had any issues. No one has bothered me.So I’ve been just fine and in my own world. It’s been very clean and today! No worries here. Great location

I stayed at the Sandy Springs InTown Suites and had to leave 2 days early due to harassment, intimidation, and unprofessional behavior from staff and management. From check-in, the GM was rude, dismissive, and unwelcoming. Evening staff repeatedly circled me and my guest, blocked my sister’s car from leaving, and lied to the GM about the situation. I did not violate the no-pet policy — the dog in question was a visitor briefly outside my room. Additionally, staff claimed they only do weekly room checks, but my room was entered daily without permission. I would return to smell roach spray, notice my shoes and belongings touched, and find my beds moved. I had to pay for alternative accommodations due to feeling unsafe. This location is hostile, intimidating, and disrespectful of guest privacy.

10/10!! My kids and I actually JUST checked out (7/29 @ 10:15am). Prior to reserving our stay, Erica allowed me to view the room and I was very pleased. We stayed 7 days and it was so peaceful!! It’s cozy, quiet, CLEAN and convenient to a variety of shops and restaurants (McDonalds, Chic Fil A, Whole Foods, Kroger, Marshall’s, etc) This is the perfect stay for small families and/or single women as it is a relatively safe area. I wanted to stay longer but our apartment is finally ready for us to move in! Lol!! All the staff was very professional and polite. The ONLY con was WiFi and tv signal but we managed. There’s a library in walking distance but I wouldn’t recommend it for those that work from home. Other than that Highly recommend!!

So I'm currently staying here for awhile and I love the commute to and from my job. I love that I am by shopping plazas, grocery stores and restaurants. I am very honest when it come to cleaning I am a housekeeper and laundry attendant at my job. So I have good eyes for cleanliness and detail so I shouldn't get in the shower look up at wall and vent and see tissue stuck to the vent and a lot of hair it look like it been there for weeks just very nasty and made me feel dirty. It's no rack in the freezer so hopefully I can get one while I'm staying here. That's it I will never have my room dirty so I expect the same in return from any other housekeeper. Thanks!

I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place. The woman that worked the front desk. Have the worst attitude upon checking in. They close the gate down and told me I had to wait an hour for them to reopen. Everybody goes to lunch at once So you won’t receive any help around that time. There is no privacy here. You will see bugs you will smell marijuana inside and out the door. They also leave the front door open all night so anybody can walk in so there’s no security there. They have a ton of rules that you will have to follow. Is decent, but I think you can find better I would not recommend this place at all. Yes, the Wi-Fi is known to go out. They will not refund it for you. They will not refund anything for you also, they don’t clean the rooms if you don’t let them in and clean the room they are ready to put you out . The women at the desk also have loud conversations about other people living or staying in the hotel. So enter at your own risk…
