Overall, this was a very nice hotel. The room was modern, clean, comfortable, and extremely quiet. I stayed on the top floor, which was perfect for peace and quiet. The front desk staff were friendly and check-in was efficient. Small issues: Room phone was not working, the bathroom sink was stopped up, and the shower water barely stayed lukewarm, even though the shower itself was beautiful. Checkout was at 12:00 p.m.; housekeeping began loudly around 9:30 a.m. with the Do Not Disturb sign. I called to verify the checkout time, but housekeeping came back multiple more times before 12:30. 10:30am Fire alarm sprinkler checks: Sooo I was in the shower and had to run out to loud knocking on my door again lol. They now needed to do an unexpected sprinkler/fire alarm system check. Since the room phone was not working, I’m not sure if the front desk tried to call, but I had already called from my cell earlier to confirm the checkout time. I usually am more friendly but I was soaking wet and they had been knocking the door like the police so I looked extra wild lol. I also had a couple of calls on the computer I had to complete and both calls were interrupted so I was not too happy at those moments lol The hotel itself was excellent for a quiet night’s sleep, but the checkout morning felt stressful and rushed . I would recommend it for the room quality and quietness, but be prepared for morning because they do not play lol

Terrible experience at this hotel. Parking is $19/day, which is reasonable. But at checkout I asked the front desk if there were any other charges on my account. They said no, I was good to go. A week later I check my credit card statement and find they charged me extra on top of the parking fee, straight from my deposit. So I called. First staff member tells me it's for a drink "ordered to my room." I never ordered any drinks — told him to check the records or the cameras. He said he'd address it. Nothing happened. Called again a week later. Different staff, same script, same "I'll address it." Nothing. Called a third time a few days after that. Same exact thing. Nothing. Called a fourth time. Now the staff says she'll talk to the manager and have him call me back. A week goes by — no call, no follow-up, nothing. So I ended up disputing the charge with my credit card company myself, because clearly the hotel wasn't going to do anything about it. Bottom line: don't make stuff up to nickel-and-dime your guests, and if you say you'll do something or call someone back, actually do it.

KING SIZE BED here is NOT a Standard King size. Their "KING" size bed is 72" x 72" which makes a big difference if you are 6' tall or taller. There is a $20 per night parking fee which I saw no mention of when I made by booking direct with Hyatt. Atlanta is a fully driving city so I think that should be shown in the booking. Also, for people with mobility issues, the far side of bed can only be reached by approximately 12" space at end of bed. Also, bathroom has a barn-style sliding door (which I personally detest.) Good things: kitchen was great. Closet space good. Breakfast was fine , nothing special but fine. Hotel was in good condition and room was clean. Has laundry which was a big plus since we were there between long hospital stays. There is no view here, but I did ask for the quieter (backs side) of hotel. Parking is limited under hotel or across the street. ALSO, you must have your hotel key to exit the parking lot, but their drop box does not indicate that so a staff person had to come down to the parking lot to let us out of the lot.

Parking is limited at the hotel, but there's parking in a garage immediately across the street next to it. Hotel keys to get to your floor(s) above the lobby & garage. Onsite bar with typical bar food that's prepared in the kitchen and brought around to you (pricing from $13-$22ish). I'm not sure of the price of drinks. There's typical market food also behind the check-in desk (water, juice, chips, crackers, etc.). Kitchen for breakfast has a great variety (fruits, cereal, eggs, meat, bread, pastries, made to order omelet, coffee, juice, water, etc.). The living/bed/bath rooms were clean and had no odor, the fridge/kitchen area were also spotless and had working appliances. Water pressure was great in both the bath and kitchen. The bed was a bit too soft for me but I was able to get some rest. Wifi casting to the tv was not the best, it would buffer and have delays connecting.

This is by far one of the best hotel suites that I've ever stayed in. They even have a small burner where you can cook a little something not a whole lot if you choose to they do serve breakfast in the morning but I would definitely buy a couple of groceries and cook something on my own because some of their breakfast items aren't all that good but they do you have a few items on their breakfast menu that are worth eating. Overall I would definitely book another suite/room at this location.

My son had to have surgery done at the children's health care of Atlanta. The Hyatt house was perfect. Easy check in/ out. Pristine rooms and great service.

My husband and I stayed 01/11/26 to 01/12/26. Being unfamiliar with the area and traffic we were exhausted and overwhelmed. We were there for medical issues and Hyatt was recommended and are super convenient to to the all the Medical facilities there. We were struck by how kind, patient and helpful staff were in all areas, at check in, check out, and at explaining parking, etc. The staff at dinner were kind and friendly. The staff at breakfast were also kind and friendly. I wanted to mention that at breakfast, we and several other patrons noted a man who said he'd paid "2000$" and was a "contractor" to stay there rudely berating a staff member who was cooking. He was banging a plate at her saying "aqui, aqui" and he was telling her she was lazy and should come serve his food to him. She was very professional and handled it well, while this rude, entitled, arrogant man verbally abused her. Another guest went to speak to a desk clerk because this man was being so awful. I went into the service area to make sure he didn't do anything worse, and at that time, verified by the front desk as we went to tell them, too, a supervisor came through. This man was also blocking other patrons and purposely making a scene. I told the supervisor he was being awful, too. Thank you and your employees for being so top notch.

Comfortable beds and a decent size room. No view to speak of, but I didn't ask for one. Check in was easy and incredibly friendly! The lady at the front desk was an absolute pleasure. Parking was a bit confusing as there are only a few spots on level 2 (the main level from the street) and it's a dead-end...plus I think the gate system is new, but we figured it out.

This hotel was absolutely amazing. The building is beautiful, new, and very modern. The room was spotless, modern, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The front desk staff was extremely attentive and welcoming. Breakfast was excellent, fresh omelettes made to order with your choice of ingredients, and everything was delicious. The location was perfect, which made our stay even better. We will definitely be coming back again.

We had a family weekend in Atlanta and wanted a one bedroom suite. Hyatt house is always one of my first choices for a family weekend trip. Our rooms were nice and clean. Staff friendly. We arrived late in the evening, and the front desk receptionist was very kind and Diligent with our check in.
