This is by far one of the best hotel suites that I've ever stayed in. They even have a small burner where you can cook a little something not a whole lot if you choose to they do serve breakfast in the morning but I would definitely buy a couple of groceries and cook something on my own because some of their breakfast items aren't all that good but they do you have a few items on their breakfast menu that are worth eating. Overall I would definitely book another suite/room at this location.

My son had to have surgery done at the children's health care of Atlanta. The Hyatt house was perfect. Easy check in/ out. Pristine rooms and great service.

My husband and I stayed 01/11/26 to 01/12/26. Being unfamiliar with the area and traffic we were exhausted and overwhelmed. We were there for medical issues and Hyatt was recommended and are super convenient to to the all the Medical facilities there. We were struck by how kind, patient and helpful staff were in all areas, at check in, check out, and at explaining parking, etc. The staff at dinner were kind and friendly. The staff at breakfast were also kind and friendly. I wanted to mention that at breakfast, we and several other patrons noted a man who said he'd paid "2000$" and was a "contractor" to stay there rudely berating a staff member who was cooking. He was banging a plate at her saying "aqui, aqui" and he was telling her she was lazy and should come serve his food to him. She was very professional and handled it well, while this rude, entitled, arrogant man verbally abused her. Another guest went to speak to a desk clerk because this man was being so awful. I went into the service area to make sure he didn't do anything worse, and at that time, verified by the front desk as we went to tell them, too, a supervisor came through. This man was also blocking other patrons and purposely making a scene. I told the supervisor he was being awful, too. Thank you and your employees for being so top notch.

Comfortable beds and a decent size room. No view to speak of, but I didn't ask for one. Check in was easy and incredibly friendly! The lady at the front desk was an absolute pleasure. Parking was a bit confusing as there are only a few spots on level 2 (the main level from the street) and it's a dead-end...plus I think the gate system is new, but we figured it out.

This hotel was absolutely amazing. The building is beautiful, new, and very modern. The room was spotless, modern, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The front desk staff was extremely attentive and welcoming. Breakfast was excellent, fresh omelettes made to order with your choice of ingredients, and everything was delicious. The location was perfect, which made our stay even better. We will definitely be coming back again.

We had a family weekend in Atlanta and wanted a one bedroom suite. Hyatt house is always one of my first choices for a family weekend trip. Our rooms were nice and clean. Staff friendly. We arrived late in the evening, and the front desk receptionist was very kind and Diligent with our check in.

I just want to first thank the breakfast people Augustina and Gloria for their excellent service and kindness. They are positive and kept a welcoming smile. Thank you ladies. Also, others as well. My check in was perfect (forgot his name, sorry) and my check out with Kimberly. She reminded me I needed my key card for the parking lot. ?. Really quaint hotel! We probably came at a slow time, so thankfully the common areas and breakfast wasn’t so busy! However we struggled a bit with parking still. The room was so lovely, we enjoyed the kitchenette! One of the favorite parts of the hotel you don’t think about is the TV being able to swivel to the couch or to the bed- which is so smart and convenient wherever way you want to rest you can watch anywhere comfortably! They gave us a room where you can see the King and Queen towers, really nice view at night for it, it was a great stay.

My wife and I are currently staying at the Hyatt House for a 30-day visit (with about two weeks remaining), and my experience so far has been wonderful. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well maintained by an excellent housekeeping staff. The complimentary breakfast has exceeded my expectations — both in quality and variety — and the team that prepares and services the area each morning does an outstanding job with such warmth and professionalism. The entire hotel staff has been consistently friendly and accommodating. Based on my experience so far, I’ll gladly return in the future and highly recommend Hyatt House to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

I had a horrible experience at this hotel. First, the parking situation is horrendous. I had to lug my suitcase and other belongings across the street to the parking lot I had to use because the spots in the garage beneath the hotel have limited spaces. Second, the hotel charged me for items that I never purchased. I purchased one Coke and a bag of Skinny Pop popcorn. Yet, they charged me for 3 or 4 drinks, including ginger rale that I never ordered or received. Third, they do not have room service. So, I had to go downstairs to pick up anything I needed. Last, the restaurant food was terrible. I ordered a burger. I was unaware that they just smash two tasteless patties together and call it a burger. I still never got my fries. Their cooker or grill or whatever was broken during my weekend stay, and I never got the fries owed to me. The rooms were clean and nice. The place is only a few years old, and it's a beautiful hotel. However, I would never return based on my terrible experience.
