3 months agoI booked on Expedia and called to verify that they received my reservation. Just seconds of our conversation while I was talking to explain why I was calling ,the woman cut me off and told me she was going to put me on hold to help a guest. I was on hold for over 6 mins. I hung up and canceled my reservation. From the other reviews and my own experience before even getting there, I'd avoid booking here.

3 months agoDue to the bad reviews we wanted to see a room to be sure it was clean before booking... they would not let us said they do not show their rooms the guest could mess it up. I said you can walk with me and he said he was the only one there as another employee walked behind the desk. I guess the rooms are ao bad they will not let you make sure they are up to quality before booking... id avoid.

3 months agoUsed to be our go to hotel because of the free parking. Check in & it's a sign saying $10 overnight parking. Just got changed 2 days ago but no heads up of the change or honor that we booked way previous to 2 days ago. Don't like surprises.

3 months agoDo not make reservations at this place, they never returned my deposit, the reservations was $201.00 + 100.72 for deposit. I reached several times and they were very rude. Thy shall not steal

3 months agoThe current time is 3:14 PM. After a long day of traveling from 5 AM to get to my destination of the Wyndham hotel. Upon arrival I was so there are no rooms ready that they don’t have a time for when the rooms will be ready that I’m to just sit and wait until the room becomes available. I am here for a one day trip. My event is about to start soon and now I have no way to get dressed or when I will be able know when I’ll be able to get dressed. The overall inconvenience and distance From downtown. Also falsifying information there is no free shuttle to the airport that is a lie. They do have a shadow that rents Monday through Friday and it only goes within a 3 mile radius. Please do all of your research before booking here. I haven’t even gotten into the room yet so I will have an update for you once that is done.

4 months agoThe quality has declined significantly, especially when it comes to housekeeping. Overall, the experience felt like you get what you pay for — if not worse. Management still has a lot of work to do, particularly under the new brand name. If your stay is comped, I’d recommend considering somewhere else. Good gym thoughts.

5 months agoThe hotel staff was kind. Lobby/breakfast area was beautiful. Gym was really nice. The location worked great for us. No parking fee was also a bonus. The view off the balcony to the pool was really pretty. The room we had absolutely needs an upgrade. The air conditioner was not working. It was 78 degrees in our room. The hallway was even hotter. The carpets and couch were very dirty. The door to the bathroom didnt close fully. The mini fridge area had terrible water damage and the piece of wood beside it had a huge nail just sticking out. Also, there was a random pill left in our room upon checking in. The phone and TV in the room didnt work and maintenance wasnt available as it was late on Christmas night. I would love to love this hotel because the staff was great but the room was just dirty. Also, I paid extra for the executive floor and the lounge was closed for the holiday.

6 months agoMe in my wife book here had a bad experience I woke up Friday morning around about 8am I was proceeding to Warm up my Kids some food I noticed a roach started Crawling out the microwave went down stairs in try in talk young lady she can’t do anything bout give me some points I don’t want no points I do want me a refund people was smoking weed I could’ve smelled it coming in my room I will never book here again I did not stay until Saturday. I checked out early on Friday.

6 months agoGreat location, check in and out was a breeze. Within walking distance to grocery, fast food and highway. Convenient and comfortable place to stay. Nice bar area downstairs. The balcony is great and the bedroom with French doors is great.

7 months agoWe were given a room that was occupied & walked in on them being intimate. (I have a video) When we got to our room it was dusty, had bugs on the tables/in the jacuzzi, & the trash cans didn’t have any trash bags. I also think this hotel is too expensive for breakfast to not be included or for the rooms to not be cleaned. Wouldn’t consider visiting this one again or referring anyone. Also it’s almost been a week & I haven’t received my deposit back yet.
