The staff always go.out.of their way to make you feel welcome and to meet your needs. You cannot beat the location (located near Perimeter mall) anywhere in Atlanta. The rooms have everything you need but could be updated a little.

I was happy to stay at this location. The staff were helpful, friendly and professional. They answered all of my questions even though they were busy. The rooms and kitchen area was clean. I would recommend this hotel to others.

First room had spiders and the bathroom was disgusting. Second room i haven't had a TV for 2 days. I get the price is very convenient, but most of these rooms truly aren't livable. Im here till next Monday the 12 of January. I can assure I won't be back.

Well the front desk lady Ms Bonita was a true itch in ever since of the word didn’t help with anything always had an attitude and made everything twice as hard. But the young lady in the evening Tamara made everything better she was helpful with any issue made me and my wife’s living arrangements much more comfortable I really appreciate everything she did and it’s not like she jumped over the moon it’s just the simple things. Overall everything was very pleasant and quiet make sure you pay attention to the charge for the linen exchange I didn’t and it’s a good thing I from here went to storage and got extra towels and things to avoid fees. Would definitely stay again but hope the lady Ms Bonita get an attitude adjustment to see she was polite to other guest but gave me a hard time baffled me.

As someone who had the unexpected happen and was displaced I can honestly say this place has been a breath of fresh air. Very smooth check in process. Room was ready upon arrival. Benita at the front desk was absolutely amazing and kind to me when I needed it the most. Def recommend this place if you need a place to stay for whatever reason. Business,Vacation or even Personal.

The staff is very friendly, and makes you feel like part of the family. They have the lobby decorated nicely for the holidays. My room was pristine when I walked in - which was surprising because older properties seem to have more issues, but it is obvious management and maintenance are on top of their preventative maintenance checklists, annual PTAC cleanings and keeping the property clean and tidy as well. I recommend this property 100%

Andrew has been NOTHING short of amazing to my fiance and I. He truly is the best at what he does. He made sure to accommodate us in every way possible. He also treated us with kindness and respect. I’d definitely recommend this hotel.

The rooms are outside so I knew they wouldn’t be up to par, other extended stays are usually inside. The clerk had no customer service skills and seemed mad that i was trying to rent a room. I got in my car and politely went to an indoor extended stay! Put a more welcoming clerk at front desk, because the one who greeted me needs to be a housekeeper! AWAY FROM PEOPLE!

Front desk staff Bonita very rude she walks around with the red haired housekeeper (cinnamon) smoking substances that are not legal. I asked for a more clean room because mine had roaches and mold everywhere and she threatened to put me out without a refund its trash stacked up by stairs I just don’t feel that’s right given I’ve spent so much money on my room. I later talk to Kevin and he accommodated me very respectful and good vibes. The police are always showing up for different reasons which makes me a bit uncomfortable to stay at this location
