Extended Stay America - Crestline receives mixed reviews, with some guests praising the helpful staff and convenient location, while others report issues with cleanliness, outdated facilities, and inconsistent service. Recent positive feedback highlights the exceptional service of staff members like Simone and Jasper, particularly regarding attention to detail and responsiveness. However, concerns persist regarding room conditions and potential pest issues.
I had an incredible experience at this Extended Stay! Yes, the rooms are dated, but they are CLEAN and comfortable at an excellent price. The staff are incredibly helpful and kind, often referring to guests by name. The location is great- I was at a conference that was held at Crowne Plaza and it was easy to get there and back, as well as access grocery stores like Kroger and Publix. Having a kitchen is a huge plus to me and, again, it was dated, it was clean and functional! I wish there was an oven but I understand why that isn’t feasible. I will absolutely stay at an Extended Stay again (hopefully this one specifically!) and recommend them highly after my stay.
Edit : 4/16/2026 Room 424 The location is good, right next to the train station, and short walks to different plazas in the area. The room was dated, grimy, and we had German cockroaches just about every night running around. See pictures attached, I wouldn't stay here for this reason alone. Avoid Avoid Avoid if you can. Our room did have good hot water, but at times it wouldn't get hot. The light over near our closet barely worked. The TV had around 40 channels, all of which often lost signal. The hot eyes on the stove took around 30 mins to get hot, and only 1 out of the two worked. The elevators barely work, they are slow and very unreliable. Most people I have seen stay here take the stairs, if you have loved ones that need mobility, this isn't the place. The door card key sensors outside work when they feel like it. It’s 3.50 to wash, and 3.50 to dry, each load, and they only take an app known to scam its customers. Staff CAN be helpful, depending on who you are dealing with in this establishment. Everyone was on a level pleasant to interact with except the short caucasian lady with glasses. Our first interaction came when I was first extending the room , simply asking for clarification on different things, and eventually she flat out told me "How many times do I have to tell you the same thing?" When I apologized and told her I was simply running late for work, and wanted to be sure everything was good, she said "It's not my problem you can't wake up on time". And also said "if you don't like it here you can simply leave", when I was just trying to extend the room and ask for clarification? What kind of customer service is that? Our second interaction was when I was extending the room online within our second week, and a glitch made it so our reservation appeared double booked. Again, I had dealings with the same short Caucasian lady with glasses. When I went down to extend the booking that morning, she was 100 percent inept on what app I booked on. I booked through the website super.com, and for some reason she told me I double booked on Expedia, and needed to either call or chat with them to get the second booking dates changed. I told her it was a non - refundable reservation, and super has control of the booking, yet she proceeded to condescendingly tell me " I've been doing this for a while, I know what I'm talking about." When I finally got Expedia over the phone, I went into the lobby to make sure she heard who they worked for and asked them if they were aware of what super.com is, and they told me they have no idea what I'm talking about. Then she had enough nerve to say "That's crazy it literally says Expedia on here". What's insane is, after wasting about 30 mins of my time after the checkout time they set, she FINALLY got me checked in on the first booking, WHICH COULD HAVE BEEN DONE IN THE FIRST PLACE. It's almost like she didn't want me to get checked in? Our third interaction was when I was extending the booking, and I put one person to be staying in the room. When I went down to extend it, she said "Just so you are aware Mr.******, it sounded like you had more than one person with you in the room. If you don't have them come down here and put ID on file, you will have to leave". This is NOT how you conduct customer service. They also perform random room inspections and "cleaning", and with the cleaning they don't even replace the towels or soap, or toilet paper. They did not inform us of when or how often they would clean or conduct the inspection, and also took pictures of our property inside the room. And for that alone also I would advise against staying here. All in all, I will add more if I think of more to add, I would NOT stay here again, I would advise anybody thinking of staying here, enjoy the roaches and sobby attitude from the caucasian lady with glasses that works there. That along with the managers pushy ways of asking for all 5 stars not even 2 hours within checking in. You get what you pay for, and I truly do regret leaving the first review prematurely.
The staff was very awesome, and very polite. Mrs Edith was very pleasant and went out the way to assist me with my stay. She made sure I knew of all of things to do in the area. I will always come back to this extended stay whenever I am in Ga.
I had a wonderful stay, but what truly made it special was “Simone” in the lobby. From the moment I arrived, she greeted me with a genuine smile and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. She went up and checked the room before checkin me in. Her professionalism and warm personality are a huge asset to this hotel. If you’re visiting, look for Simone—she’ll make you feel right at home!

Overall, it exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an extended stay.
I recently had the pleasure of staying, extended Stay America and I must say, it was a delightful experience. The accommodations were comfortable and well-maintained, but what truly made my stay memorable were two outstanding staff members: Simon and Doris. From the moment I arrived, Simon greeted me with a warm smile and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. Her attention to detail and willingness to assist made me feel valued as a guest. Doris, on the other hand, was incredibly courteous and approachable. She provided insightful recommendations for local attractions and dining, which enhanced my overall experience. Her friendly demeanor made each interaction enjoyable. Together, Simon and Doris exemplify the exceptional customer service that extended Stay America is known for. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with a personal touch. Thank you, Simon and Doris, for making my visit so special!
The staff there is amazing. Simone went above and beyond to make my fathers stay enjoyable. She was incredibly helpful, kind, and attentive, always ready to assist with anything I needed and doing so with a genuine smile. Her professionalism and positive attitude made a big difference and really enhanced the stay.
Simone is BY FAR, THE BEST employee I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with at an Extended Stay in the Atlanta area! She would always go WAY out of her way to make sure I had everything I needed, especially cookware! The 905 Crestline property is also my favorite property in the Atlanta area when I am here for business. It is MUCH cleaner than the 3 other properties in the area (including the grounds). Also the room is large, with a huge desk and a full size recliner! And when I need to relax after work, this room (225) has a 50” TV with cable that actually works properly. I’ve just completed a couple of months working in the area and I can tell you that if you’re lucky enough to stay at this Crestline property and get to work with Simmons at the front desk, it will be your lucky day!!!!
Leaving a 2 as the location was great and no noise so I was able to get some sleep. The front desk guy is very dismissive at check out. Im assuming do to my complaints. The room was left 4 on cleanliness. The microwave rusty on the inside and the fridge left with prior liquid spilled, although I didnt use neither. The main issue was the bathroom. Build up urine around the base of the toilet and the faucet on the tub detachment from the wall. You have to flush the toilet in order for it to flush. Overall needs updated
Simone is great and very helpful for my stay. I will be staying here with my family for the next month or so until we can find a place that’s comfortable for us and our forever space. This has been a very smooth transition living here because of your team. Thank you all so mich for what you do and making this transition easy!
