My boyfriend brought me here and decorated a room for my birthday. It was wonderful ! The rooms were clean the bathroom gave us no problems ( that’s always the most important part to me lol) everything worked properly I.e the tv , plumbing , the ac/heat , stove , fridge ect. I had a nice time I love how quiet the area was and all the other persons staying there were super dope. No yelling , no homeless loitering just tranquil space for a good nights rest! The best part was meeting Mrs. Nadia and Yolanda the front desk their customer service is Absolutely Superb! Lol and they have a wonder sense of humor should definitely be some comedians ? but if your dirty and uptight this would NOT be the place for you take it elsewhere. Thank you guys for being easy to reach , full of laughter and angelic energy. Wish you guys the absolute best you deserve a raise ! We’ll see yall next year ?

I have stayed at this particular Extended stay on 6330 peachtree dunwoody for at least a month or more while im in Atlanta and I can say first hand everyone that works there is kind and professional. They have great customer service. The location is very convenient. Within walking distance of grocery stores, shopping malls, restaurants and anything else you need. Its also in a good peaceful neighborhood. The manager Todd, Nadia, Justin & im missing the other guys name but they are so nice, professional and always on point with making the property is clean and guests are satisfied. On top of that it's an affordable stay. So I highly recommend to anyone looking for an extended stay in Atlanta.

Absolutely horrible and disgusting. Roaches EVERYWHERE!!!! Bathroom, wake up at 1:30am and there are small and medium sized roaches all over the kitchen floor and counter tops. I throw away all my food and then later find a roach Nest inside of the alarm clock??? place smells like a dead skunk and hallways need to be cleaned. Carpets in room are so incredibly dirty.. ive never seen anything like this. Zero stars if I could. Never booking here again.

I checked in on 1/17/26 @3p for a travel assignment and @3:47p I was checking out this place was disgusting it smelled horrible body odor throughout the entire place the room looked like they furnished it with furniture found outside in a dump sleep sofa had burn holes in it the carpet had big holes and strings everywhere and it was dirty and in the bathroom the floor is lifting up away from the tub no one should have to endure living like this and the parking lot has quite a bit of activity in it also so be very careful if you book at this establishment. It’s not anything like they are posting on the website. This place needs to be shut down especially considering the upscale area that it resides in. Just a shame

This hotel has been less than stellar with a horrible experience and service to match. We were forced to move to this extended stay despite our protests and established comfortability at the previous Extended Stay America smh The general manager, Todd, has treated my family and myself with nothing but disdain since our first interaction. It is quite perplexing because we have never met him before nor have we EVER been rude or disrespectful. But he has never had a kind word nor showed any compassion or empathy towards us or our situation. He put us in a room on the first floor. All of our baby wipes were stolen. My children's tablets were stolen. And our heated blanket was stolen...still I didn't complain. Almost immediately after getting in the room roaches made themselves known...still I didn't complain. Instead I said thank you when we passed Todd in the hallway smh because I don't know how to be anything but polite smh however I woke up this morning and my baby was coughing severely. Next thing we know...a roach crawled out of his mouth! His coughing became violent afterwards and he developed a fever. We rushed him to the children's hospital and have been here ever since. The doctor pulled a roach out of his ear as well. I informed hotel staff of the situation and they told me that for even the GM Todd to consider rectifying the situation...he needs documentation from the hospital explicitly stating that my son is is the hospital because of their roach infestation... I don't have any problem with that. My problem is that there still is a lack of accountability and empathy. I don't know what this man's issue is with me personally but now my children are suffering because of his "punishment" and that's not fair at all. They are kids...Christmas is this week. I am already trying to hide our situation from them...but having their stuff stolen and being hospitalized with roaches crawling out of their orifices is beyond diabolical! And nothing...not so much as a sorry was muttered to me or my family from the GM Todd. That is not good customer service at all smh I am currently curled up in a hospital bed with my baby crying and praying. What did I do to deserve this? UPDATE:: I provided the documentation requested. The GM told us he would not be refunding our stay and had no roach free rooms so we need to check out in the morning. This was his solution.

This place SHOULD be pleasant because of the area. It WOULD be pleasant if the management was competent! The guy in charge is awful at his job. The police is constantly here and kids living here pretty much do what they want. Run wild in the hallways and not hold Parents of these children accountable. There are good people living here and have been here for months that work hard, PAY ON TIME and come back to a place that supposed to be A place of peace to call home. And the guy that’s the manager (whatever his name is) does nothing. It’s a joke.

Phil, the front desk receptionist provided outstanding service by going above and beyond to ensure my misplaced personal item was located and returned to me. Phil’s professionalism and genuine effort to resolve the matter quickly were greatly appreciated. I also want to acknowledge Edith, who went above and beyond to make sure our room was clean and ready for a comfortable stay. Edith was so sweet and attentive, she made sure my Senior Citizen mother was taken care of as well. Also thank you Todd for making sure that my family and I received a freshly new shower curtain. Thank you security for making sure my Amazon package stayed safe overnight during my stay. Overall, I’m grateful for how business is handled here and for the lovely room.

This place is not cheap but HORRIBLY INFESTED! You have to stay FAR away from here, they have roches by the WHOLE building, it's stinky. I think is not insecure at all, you can see the police patrolling, a lot of people ? outside. (Not bad they're quite and tranquil) First we were assigned at the 1st floor, every time we got out and came back a bunch of baby roches came out ?, I complaint and the front desk guy (he is acting nice, but weird, well, all of them are nice) he moved us to the 3rd floor. Everything was good until my hubby got a shower, the 3rd floor roches started to come out too ?? Now is 12:08 pm and I can't sleep ???? I called the corporative office, Ana said I can place a complaint at morning, however I asked her -WHY? You didn't do anything before, so, why do you think my complaint is going to impact your position? No way, I just want my money back to leave this place! ?? The parking lot is full of dog's pooh, the front desk floor wass dirty, the elevator was dirty, the laundry room was dirty, the hallway was dirty. EVERYTHING WAS DIRTY and no batteries in the remote control. (Maybe because it's weekend ? or maybe not ?) Definitely a place to NOT come back or DO NOT COME at all until they kill the roches!

First, I want to point out how all the positive reviews are only one review from their profile. Next, I'd like to talk about how disgusting and dirty and it smells very bad. It's so horrible it smells like constant marijuana, body odor, and absolutely trash! It's extremely dirty here. They have cockroaches. There's no security. And that's probably why the police are there all the time. The staff is nice until they're not. They accused me of having police activity when actually it was my neighbor the one next door to me. Then the staff doesn't know which end is from the next end. Their keys constantly go out. This place is unacceptable by all means do not come here. Then when I try to stay longer just because my job was close they refused me. I then called the headquarters and said they had no record of me. I've used this hotel in different states and have no bad history. But then when I called again and again and again the story changed it went from I checked into late or my ID didn't work. I just feel like this place has severe issues or they're possibly racist against people that are Hispanic. I highly recommend nobody go here. This place needs to be reprted to OSHA and the state.
